Nomination to.... Brittany!!

       I have read three blogs and commented on all but the one blog i really liked was Brittany's. After reading one of her blog post i wanted to read all of them. Brittany puts herself in the book and gives her point of view while giving the summary. To be honest i never really read the twilight saga before i started to read the first book but never finished. Seeing how Brittany talks about the book and shows what's really going on makes me want to read them all.        
   Brittany does a really good job on all her blogs even the ones that are not about the Twilight Saga and i really liked that she puts all her effort in her blogs and i can see that just by reading one blog post. Brittany you did an wonderful job on your blog post's and this is why the Nomination Goes To You!!!         

Changing paths

       In the book Tyrell by Coe Booth, Tyrell has faced many problems but he really tried to make a change and do better. Tyrell has had a rough life and wanted to change that for his Little brother  Troy . He never wanted Troy to face what he faced growing up as a kid. Moving from house to house , being in a shelter , but even though he is trying to prevent that Troy has already been through this and sees what happens.
Tyrell is trying to show his brother that there is more than life in the streets and he can be anybody he wants to be and go down the right road . Live his Childhood because Tyrells had already been taken.
       Tyrell is trying to get money to get out of this old motel full of roches and be different from his father . People care about Tyrell and want him to be happy people want to see a change in him like jasmine . Jasmine is a girl who knows what it like to be alone and grow up before your time . Jasmine is like Tyrell 's light and she is trying to push him through the blackeness of his world so he can be better. Tyrell is going back to school and better himself for him and not anybody else.
     I think the author is trying to say that its hard to be a teenager that has notheing to  live for . That your only going to live up to being in a jail sell or being nothing at all. Theres more out there but kids who live like Tyrell dont even try to reach for goals like that because they think its not possible . The author really shows that it doesnt matter where you come from you can always make a change.

Gangsta Life

      In the book Tyrell by Coe Booth . Tyrell is a teenager  struggling to get by in the Bronx Tyrell is trying to be like his father but not get incarcerated because he doesn't want to leave is brother behind with his mother. Tyrell goes through many struggles.
        Tyrell is living in a shelter and he wants to get out and find a better place for his brother and mother to live. A lot of pressure is on Tyrell ever since his father went back to jail all the responsibility is on him . Taking care of his baby brother (Troy) who is a handful, His mother who still thinks shes young and can party, school is not even on his mind, trying to get money for food. Tyrell has a list of responsibility's that most privilege kids don't have to worry about.
      Tyrell is really trying to make a change for the better. Trying to through parties like his father so he can make a good profit so he can get his family out of the shelter. He tries to be the best brother he can be and not trying to get into the drug business like his best friend.
   But everything seems to be Turing south because his mother gave the equipment he needed to make money for food and he has no way of getting hold of it.  Tyrell is really making an effort but that doesn't always help if he really wants to get money and make a difference in his Little brother life he is to  have to make a change in himself.
   I feel Tyrell is going to suceed but its not going to be easy he is going to have to fall a couple of times and get back up .

Gone and dead

In the book vanished the conflict is that people are blaming Jessica that she killed the cheerleader. People put all their faith into Jessica because” she used to be physic” and could find missing people. When the popular cheerleader went missing and everybody was calling her she wasn’t around to help.

Jessica is facing her own battles in life and she really doesn’t need people saying it was her fault the girl died .Like every high school student there is a popularity contest and Jessica is not really on the popular side. She is struggling with Anger management and fighting people in the school. Jessica always feels like she has to protect her brother because he is kind of slow but she loves him a lot but nobody seems to understand that in her small town.

Also there’s a conflict because sense it’s such a small town its harder for her to live her life as a teenager in this town everybody always knows what you’re doing and always remember. Now Jessica is on a new case but I think it’s going to be hard for her to keep it a secret.

Fay Wonderland

            I have finished the book the iron king and all my characters have grown up from the being to the end. I feel like Megan has really changed because she really started to believe in her self as a person, Megan was always the joke of the school and that really took toil on her self esteem, which really limited her fairy powers until the end of the story.  

Megan had to defeat the iron king but she relied on Ash to much (the winter prince) and her best friend Robin god fellow way to much. Which slowed her down I think in her journey. I also felt Megan spread her self way to thin, promising other people things and in the end it kind of bit her in the butt because she had to go back to the NeverNever with ash like she promised, she had no time to stay with her family.

I really enjoyed this book and I can’t wait to read the other books. My hope for Megan is that she really opens up and she will really take her role as oberens child.

Fay WonderLand

         In the book Iron King By Julie Kagawa . A human girl ways always different then the world she lived in, Her father dissapared when she was young and  she never fit in at school. 
Megan world was about to change right in front of her eyes. Megan has discovered  that she is part fairy (fay) and part human. She has now gone into the fay world to find ,save the person she loves and save the world that she never knew.
    Megan is a smart but gullible at times when on her journey, she takes  a lot of risk's to find her path. Megan meets many good and bad people on her way to save her brother. I really like Megans personality bacause she will do anything to save the poeple she  loves and i feel thats what me and megan have in common.
   Megan has  a lot to learn while on her journey to find her brother, i feel like she has a lot of growing up to do because i feel she is going to be in more than what she can handle. Megan has to learn that you cant always Compremize  and you have to stand up for youself and the people who you care about , i feel like megan keeps selling her soul to the Fays i know she is doing it for the right reason but how much of your soul are you supposed to sell until your gone?.

Their Eyes were watching god, Zora Neale Hurston

         I have just started the book Their Eyes Were Watching God, but i am very instreted in what this book is saying and how its changing my point of view. Its a love story about a young women who doesnt want to be sad and mean. My character is finding love, being in love but the love never lasts.
 I think my character is trying to find someone just for her and nobody else, even though the guys she had was something that she wanted they werent everything and thats where as girls we mess up in love, we feel that person is perefect but you have to take a step back and see that they have flaws and do you like these flaws?
I cant wait to finish this book and really give a good retale about it.
